Due to inclement weather, the Washingtonville Central School District is operating on a two-hour delay schedule today, November 22, 2024, to ensure the safety of our students and staff.
Please note the following details:
- No AM Pre-K or AM CTECH classes.
- Buses will arrive approximately two hours later than usual.
We encourage families to plan accordingly and prioritize safety when traveling to school.

School closings, delayed openings, and early dismissals are 1) posted to the District website, 2) sent as text and email messages via ParentSquare, and 3) sent as alerts via the District mobile app. Additionally, they are posted on our social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.

Parents and guardians will not receive ConnectEd calls, emails or texts if their information is not up to date in ParentSquare. Please log into ParentSquare to check that your information is accurate or to update it. You may also contact the main office at your child’s school for children in grades K-5 and the guidance department if your child is in 6-12.
