Spring 2026 Sports Registration Information

Washingtonville Athletic registration is on Family ID. Once registered, the system will keep track of student information through the Family ID profile. A parent/guardian will enter student information only once for each family member for multiple uses and multiple programs during our three sport seasons. The account only needs to be created one time. All students must have a current physical (physicals are good for one calendar year).The updated NYS physical form must be used and must be completed in its entirety, including the Family Cardiac Boxed Checked. Physicals are also given during the school year by appointment only, please have your child make an appointment with the High School nurse as soon as possible. You may also access family ID through the Washingtonville High School website under Athletics.

HIGH SCHOOL REGISTRATION: February 9-27, 2026
REGISTRATION CLOSES February 27, 2026. THERE WILL BE NO EXTENSIONS.

MIDDLE SCHOOL REGISTRATION: February 16-March 6, 2026
REGISTRATION CLOSES March 6, 2026. THERE WILL BE NO EXTENSIONS.

Create an account
Enter first and last name
Enter email address and password
Select I agree to terms and click create account
You will receive an email with a link to activate your account

RETURNING FAMILY ID USERS: Go to www.familyid.com/washingtonville-csd-athletics

Click on current season registration
Log in using the email address and password you created (do not create a new account)
Choose the sport
Click on “Add participant below or Click to Select” your child’s name
Update health and demographic information, if necessary
Sign off on seasonal agreements, review registration summary -- NO PAYMENT REQUIRED
Save and submit, you should receive a completion email from Arbiter
