The Washingtonville Central School District is pleased to announce the call for nominations for the annual Board of Education Awards for Accomplishment.
The purpose of these awards is to recognize those members of the staff, student body or community volunteers who accept demanding challenges by setting new and higher standards in achieving the school district’s mission, goals and objectives. Through this award, the Board of Education recognizes outstanding service or accomplishment.
At the business meeting on May 21, 2025, the Board of Education will recognize outstanding individuals or groups who made important, school-related contributions. The award consists of an inscribed plaque, Board resolution and a reception following the presentation ceremony.
All members of the staff, students or other residents are invited to submit a nomination of a person or organization for the Board’s consideration. All nominations should be forwarded to Carrie Rodriguez in the Superintendent’s Office no later than Friday, May 2, 2025.
